One adult manages the family account

A parent or legal guardian manages minor player profiles. Children cannot create independent accounts. Use the parents and players portal for family access; the separate coaches and staff sign-in is for invited staff.

For help with access, registration, or an individual player’s situation, email club@villarrealreno.com. Describe the problem, but do not send passwords, verification codes, or card details. The public website chatbot cannot manage your account.

Can I register or pay today?

Family registration and payments are not open yet. The family portal displays the current opening information; browsing programs does not reserve a place or enroll a player.

Where do coaches sign in?

Invited coaches and staff use the staff portal with the email associated with their academy invitation. Families should use the parents and players portal instead.

Does the public guide show team or player records?

No. This is a public access guide. It does not display player profiles, team messages, account balances, or private schedules.
